一：絎縫機介紹絎縫機是一種用于床墊、床罩、棉被等表面縫制線形圖案的紡織機械。用于被子縫制成型的絎縫機按照針數和縫制圖形的多好可分為直絎機和電腦絎縫機兩類。直絎機通常是7針、9針、11針三種，這種縫被機只能縫制直線；電腦絎縫機為單針設計，采用電腦可視化界面控制機器移動實現花型的縫制。我們主要介紹電腦絎縫機。二：絎縫機原理絎縫機是以XY—Z型運動的系統。XY軸控制機頭的運動，Z軸控制機頭的絎縫。（1）Z軸方向運動——絎縫針上下的運動。（兩個伺服）（2）X軸方向運動——絎縫機的機頭左右運動。（一個伺服）（3）Y軸方向運動——絎縫機的機頭前后運動。（一個伺服）其中Z軸是要兩個伺服來配合完成，伺服Z1：控制絎縫針上下運動。伺服Z2：控制梭，實時跟隨針。此伺服完全自動跟隨不用電腦系統控制。所以電腦是三軸系統，但卻控制著4個伺服。Z軸主要工藝是：在500-2800針/分的速度下，保證針始終能插入梭孔里三：Z軸的工藝介紹我們主要提供伺服系統，Z1和Z2軸的工藝過程如下1：上電：先“針”Z1自動回原點，停在高位。2：收到針回原點完成后，Z2“梭”自動回原點,運動到跟隨起始位置。3：開始跟隨。我們伺服Z1和Z2具備的功能和性能優勢1：Z1和Z2具有自動回原點功能2：Z1“針”可以通過計算角度范圍輸出高位信號3：Z2有跟隨功能4：性能要求：跟隨不能有累計誤差，實時的跟隨性能好，能保證2800針/min。內不撞針。四：電氣配置序號說明數量單位1絎縫機電腦控制系統（客戶自備）1套21500W伺服系統（X,Y軸）2套3400W伺服系統（Z2梭子）1套4750W伺服系統（Z1針）1套
